Our Policies:

Marin Instruments are built for the journey and that is why we offer a 5 year warranty on all Marin watches. If something isn’t right, we will fix it. This includes the case, rubber strap, buckle, bezel, crystal, dial, hands, and movement. If something isn't working properly, we will fix it. This warranty does have limitations. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, loss, theft, or damage due to misuse.

The Marin Instruments warrant is only valid for purchases from marininstruments.com. If a watch is sold via a third party application or from person to person (outside the Marin Instruments website) the warranty is no longer valid.

Return policy:

If you’re not happy with your watch, you have 14 days from the delivery date to send it back for a full refund. It must be unworn and in unused condition. This includes the nato and rubber straps. Watches that are returned, go though a thorough QA process before refund is issued. A return form will be provided upon request of return. Only items purchased directly from Marin Instruments can be returned to us for a refund. If you purchase a watch from someone other than Marin Instruments, the warranty becomes void.

International Shipments:

Customers that live outside of the United States are required to pay all duties and taxes on imported goods. Marin Instruments does not cover customs taxes and duties to ship to countries outside the U.S.
